what should i feed my k flavescens?

My brother picked up a yellow belly mud turtle and now it is in my care. the only problem is that i am not sure what to feed it. it is in a tank with two juvinile pantied turtles and a baby snapper. they are being fed a variety of vegitation and live fish. the snapper lives mostly off of tadpoles and small frogs and the other day i saw the mud turtle consume two frogs, two night crawlers, a very small crawdad and a minnow. is that an appropriate diet and can i expect it to continue eating that much food on a daily basis?

almost forgot to mention that i removed about 30 leaches from it's legs when i got ahold of it.

Feed it the same as you would your other turtles, and please remove the snapping turtle from the enclosure that the others are in, as well as the mud turtle because they are dangerouse to each other as well as the painted turtles. I have had turtles killed by this mistake, that i have made a few times myself.
