Natural Sunlight is excellent for BD's, but you obviously have to be very careful when taking your dragon outside.

First of all, only bring your BD out if its really warm out. I dont know what state you live in, but tis starting to get cold out now, so be carefull. I would only bring them out in the summer.

Second, you dont want to just let them roam, there are a lot of things that could be dangerous to a BD, especially a baby. When they are this little its best to only take them outside in some kind of enclosure. The enclosure you bring your BD out in should be well ventilated, because over heating can kill a dragon. Glass aquaria holds heat in really well and will definately over heat your BD. Maybe buy a small reptarium to bring him out in? Or a small animal enclosure. Never leave your BD unattended when outside.

When your dragon is larger you can construct or buy a leash for him and let him roam a bit on his own. If you are going to do this, make sure you do it in an area with no pesticides, area's like that are very hard to find.

ut generally, a BD will like going outside to bask in natural sunlight, as long as you take thenescary precautions
