please dont look down on me for asking this. i know some people are realy against mixing specises(spelling), but ive done this befor, when the animals came from the same part of the world, with out a problem. my ex gf bought a red tail boa last year when we were still togeather. she got ahold of me today, and said she doesnt have time for it any more. she wants to give it to me, and right now, its still pretty small. im goint to put it in a rubber made container, in my python rack. once its a little bit bigger, do you think i could put her in my my brazilians?? keep in mind my cage size. 8'l, 3'h, 2'd. once the red tail gets about 4' id like to put her with chaos, and peace. all 3 snakes are very very docile. and i would only put them togeather, after a couple sessions of 10-20 mins of them seeing eachother. does any one see any problem?

thanx alot

Nevin, I would not keep Brazillians with a Boa constrictor ever. I never like mixing species. Snakes get stressed when kept together. Especially when one gets easily five times the weight of the other. A fairly large Boa constrictor will definately stress a BRB. If you plan on breeding your BRB's you really do not want to stress them. So for now, I would keep the Boa constrictor in your rack system. Later I would buy a larger cage to house the Boa constrictor alone. Everyone will be much happier that way. I hope this helps. If I can help you in any other way, just let me know.

Thanks,

Howard.
