Ive had this boa for 2 months this whitepatch seems to have gotten longer. I have no idea what it is could it be an old injury from the pet shop? the scales look dry in that white patch. Anyone with any ideas please help.

best i can tell is it looks like maybe fro ma old rub from a screen top or something . if i am looking at the streak on its back? it should fade away with some sheds unless its deeper then it looks

he does have a screen top its not deep its superficial. What can i do to prevent him from doing that to himself?
