Small Scar...

Chrysemys Jun 30, 2003 06:36 PM

Hey,
I just bought a beardie on Sunday. It has a small scar on it's tail. Looks like it healed up but I as wondering will the scales grow back over it? Should I put some neosporin on it?
Thanks,
Chris D.

If it is a scar and is healed you don't have to wash it with anything. If it is a wound it needs cleaning.

It is hard to say if the scar will remain or if it will go away - it depends of how deep and big the wound was. I guess you have to see what happens after your dragon has shed.

It is a very small scar, that does not go very deep. It just looks like the scales are gone, not a chunk of skin or anything. What are the chances of the scales growing back over it?
Thanks,
Chris D.
