Here's a Cali red side. I expect to produce at least one...maybe two litters in the spring! The flash REALLY washes out the blue dorsal stripe!

Those are awesome looking snakes. How big are they? Temperment? I've been thinking about getting a garter again ... a pair of checkered garters started it all for me 7 years ago...

my yearlings are somewhat nasty and very flighty! My 4 year old female won't look to strike but is very antsy.

I'll keep the forum updated on my progress this spring. I am looking to breed melanistic easterns, oregon red spots, cali red sideds, and eastern black necks in spring '05.

What's up Anthony?

I've never been much of a garter guy but after seeing your snakes in person I'm sufficiently tempted. I jumped online and here you are! Keep me in mind for a pair of red sideds and a pair of black necks in the spring. Nice to meet you and we'll have to get together in the spring to check out some spots of mutual interest ;O)
