can you tell me a bit more about this? Is it a web-site based contest (submit your picture online) or is it through the actual magazine?

try here: www.retilemagazine.com i think i sort of read the page wrong though they had a contest in there may magazine for lizards. the next contest will be snakes. i'd send it in anyway. you never know.

I thought I was about to be attacked and devoured by a creature from Jurassic Park!! SCARY! Was he pissed at the camera, or what? Wow...I think I'd think twice before putting my hand in front of that one...LOL! 
Ever think of using him as your watch dog (or watch cham)???
