Uro hates the outside!.. and rep show Q's.. long

Dead_dog Jun 30, 2003 08:25 PM

Well me and drako have had our ups and downs, but a while ago I went out side to warn my famly that the our neibore was coming. I had my our out at the time( he likes looking out the window) and fearing that he'll do some thing stuiped I brougth him with me. When I got outside I gave him to my mother so I could talk to bill the neibore, and my fother says to but drako my Mail on the ground. Well i'd swear that he took off at 100m/h!!! He ran behind me and into the crake under our slate rock out side walls. It took some time to get him out , but when I did he was cold , dusty , and opening his mouth. He is fine now . and is geting more calm now. Well I was also wondering If anyone had any Idea how much a female mail uro would coast if I went to a rep show? and if any one could give me some pics of wooden/glass tanks that where built or directen blueprints, or pinters to what to look for in the gril mail,Ill be trying to buy? Also I live near Edmonton so where rep shows are? Thanks a lot!

Sorry, I found your message hard to follow. A lizard that is not used to being outside will get excited when taken outside or will act more like its wild nature at first. You shouldn't just put them down without any enclosure our you might lose them as you nearly found out. Reptariums are a good way to let your uro sun safely (as long as there are no predators nearby). I don't know about local shows for you or Mali prices, I think it depends on where you get one from.
