What is a group of lizards called?

A.... group. Reptiles were not blessed with the group names that mammals and birds get. There's also no word for male, female, or baby lizards.

they do have hatchling juvenile(juvies)sub-adults and adults

Those are very generic terms, one could use them to refer to anything. We don't have reptile equivalents of words like cow, bull, calf, heifer, herd... ect, all of which refer to one animal. Although I think we should vote on the word Lizardling or maybe Lizardlet to refer to baby lizards.
I got so sick of calling baby snakes neonates I now call them puppies... unless they hatch from eggs, then they're kittens.
