Gigantic smelly poo!

Altimaes300 Nov 17, 2004 01:48 PM

Okay, one of my lovely beardies took an awful sounding, awful looking, awful smelling, dump this afternoon. I'm really not up there when he goes but I'm slightly concerned because it was rather large looking and slimey. He's 7 month old now, almost 18 inches, and feed a proper diet with proper husbandry. He looks completely healthy and has had no behavior changes and all of his environment is up to spec. and diet hasn't changed. I don't feel he needs to see a vet right away, but what are some signs if he continues to drop slimey bombs of extremely smelly defication that would show he is dehidrated or ill? (The only thing that could have possible triggered this as far as feeding is concerned is I gave him a half alive rough looking hissing roach that looked like he was attacked by another roach with some of his body missing and about to die.) Oh, my only other question is I got a shipment of lobsters in today and there were a few crickets, a few small beetles, and 3 or 4 small 1/4" fuzzy worm like things in with the roaches. Should I be worried? Thanks fo r you help!
Jeff

Hi
if you have slimey smelly stinking poop then you should use parazap.com
read there what it does.
i have very good results with it and use it now for round the 2 years i gues .
in that time i got not any worms and smelly poops any more.
also look for achidophulus capsules you can buy in a healtfood store.
those contain good bacteria and if you put a capsules in water they r filled with powder then you give many bacterias so he can digest good after it.
i would use both i think it wil help you.
also bring a poop to a vet and then let him check a frech poop.
in a ziplocked bag you bring it to him and they can loook for parasites.
if he see worms and wanan discribe panacure r ivermectin then i would go for the parazap instead.
i noticed that work better then the panacure .
panacure wil kill the good bacterias and parazap keep them alive.
if you wanna more info r help email me.
