I would go ahead and get another fecal done. Are your lights on a timer? If not, get one and leave them on 12 -14hrs a day.
Try to raise the temps up a couple deg. if possible.

Try taking him out a little more. I know it might sound strange, but perhaps he is board. If they have nothing to do, I would think they would get board eventually???
I don't recall you saying if he had a tank mate or not.

Bromating that long is not normal.

Get the fecal just so you know for sure.

Ok thanks, I will try to get him out 2 times a day if I can without work getting in the way. His timer is on from 7 am to 9 pm.
