Is there any way i can make my v cham get more and better colors. Like a lighter green not a light tan??????

You maybe could try adding ligter colored greenery to his cage. I have found that even though they don't get all the colors like Panther chameleons, they will change some to feel secure.

Your guy won't get his full spectrum of colours till he's about a year old, make sure he's full grown before you worry about his colours, but in the meantime try the greenery thing.

Maybe it's your bulb? Use a "clear" house bulb rather than a "frosted" one (don't use basking bulbs, too expensive).

Good gutloads also increase the capacity to show bright colours, certain minerals and vitamins impartular, not sure which ones though.

I use vit-all gutload frmo sticky tongue farms, i noticed a slight colour brightening when I started to use it.

Note: it will not make your cham ridiculously beautiful!!
