Just a reminder to be vigilant when moving your snakes to hibernation.

I lost (escaped) one of my female breeders during transfer. I did not adequately secure the lid to the sweater box that I use for a hibernation chamber. She was in the middle box in a stack of 7 and managed to escape. I now have a fat 49" long eastern kingsnake het loose somewhere in my house.

We all get busy moving animals around this time of year, be careful.
