I put one of my female jackson's with my male. The male did his bobbing and nodding and the female did not get aggitaged. So I assume she was receptive. the male approached her and she unrolled her tail but unfortunately I never whitnessed any copulation because I had to leave. Is it safe to say they mated? I left them together for about 3 days. That was over a month ago. Should I be able to tell she is gravid yet? When I bought her she was about 3-4 months gravid and I could barely tell. Actually I didn't even know she has gravid at all until about a month later, then another month or so she dropped. Unfortunately I think she was treated for parasites and the stress from importation got to her (Thats my best guess) and almost all the babies didn't make it past the first 2-3 weeks of life (6 out of 15 lived). They would just sleep all of the time and wouldn't wonder around to find the food. But some of the babies did awesome and ate drank and wondered around and grew up.
