Can popping a snake make it sterile

I have never heard of that. I have however heard that in inexperienced hands the genitalia can be crushed rendering it useless. Ouch!

I'm sure it could, but you would have to be pretty darn careless! I've never heard of it happening though.

I just adopted a ball python this week. I popped the male and it just didn't look right. And the vent doesn't look completely closed to begin with. Does anyone have a clue what everything (in the vent) should look like if he was popped wrong in the past?
