This redtail is showing a little color...

I was fortunate in acquiring a sexed pair of BCC brought (by two different persons) from Belem, on the east coast of Brazil. These boas are very nice, with exotic patterns and top color.

As can be the case when working with unrelated WC animals the pair has produced some variety in color and pattern 'phases'.. this is an eye-catching example of one 'phase'.. a female, approximately 30" long at age 15 months (photographed 5 minutes ago). There is also a greenish-phase (my favorite), a more gold, less yellow phase and a couple are looking almost white.
