Finally managed to get a good (well, what I think is good) pic of Mello Yello & Saffron. This shows their actual color much better than any other photo I've managed to date. Here's a rare moment where they weren't breeding for once - these two have been at it for the past week.

Meet "Garnet" - a lovely female I picked up at the Philly show last week. She's settling in wonderfully & should make a nice girlfriend for RoLo one of these days.

And here's "Metalbug" - a Peruvian giant centipede - my other Philly acquisition. This species matures to somewhere in the neighborhood of a foot in length. Metalbug demolished an adult mouse shortly after I got it (anyone know how to sex these things?), although the main diet consists of crickets & hissing roaches. I've been waiting awhile to get my hands on one, so bringing it home was a real thrill.

Enjoy!
