how old is this snake? where did you get it from? any records or did you question on feeding habits? I would probably say to take it to a vet...but before if you havent find out if it's been eating, etc...just so you know what to tell the doctor. give him a full 7-10 days before trying to feed again, so he can get his digestive system back on track.

It does make me wonder if the snake was an established eater when you bought it. I would definitely be concerned but, if there wasn't a lot of blood, I wouldn't panic yet. How is the temp in her enclosure? If the temp was low, she may have regurged because of digestion issues. If the pinkie was frozen then thawed, it may not have been warmed enough. If the prey's inside is too cool, that could also cause a regurg. Alternatively, if it was warmed too much, it may have cooked inside. Think about those possibilities. Watch her for the next 7 days before attempting another feeding. During that toime, make sure she has plenty of water, and good temp gradient. If possible, don't handle her at all. Make sure the next food item is small, and appropriately warmed. If you see any more signs of blood, though, I would take her to the vet right away.

Mark thanks and the temp is around 80 and i got a male cal king and he ate and all was fine. Maybe i should have waited longer before feeding her. I will wait 7 days and try something small. Thank you again.
