Is She Gravid??? Please help, i want egggssss!

Ive been introducing my female into my males cage for the past couple of weeks. I put her in there once a week for about 3 weeks and shes always walked away and hissed at him but never changes to any dark colors. So one day i decide to give it another shot and they start to chase each other around and he finally gets her in a position thats comfortable and they "go at it" for about 10 minutes. Then she all of a sudden just leaves him and he pursues here again and she becomes hissy again. So i take her out and put her in her cage but she never changed to a gravid color. So ive been putting her in there still and now shes back to hissing and not wanting to breed. How many times does it take to get her pregnant? Could i take the male and female and put them on a tree in the middle of a room, not in a cage? Because the male cant climb on the screen (or just doesnt want to) and thats always where the female is. I really need help with this, so any advice please.

Thanks

Chances are she is gravid, or she was not receptive when they mated and he had his way with her anyway.
I would treat her as gravid just in case and provide her with lots of food calcium and a laying bin soon so she will be used to it when she is ready to lay. Just keep the mix properly moistened. If she does not lay and becomes receptive again then you can mate them but the female will turn light colors and will not rezect him or sway and be hissy if she is receptive.
Try not to let him get to her unless she is receptive as that can be very stressful for her.
