55 IN WHICH EACH WILD ANIMAL IS HARBORED"
but it does say that you arent allowed to breed it i would contact big names liveing in new your like the burkes and find out if and what they are planing on doing about this its things like that that make me glad to have moved out of new york because i for one will only give up my boas when they pry them from my cold dead fingers. what gets me is how everyone voted on that bill it was almost unanmouse only 2 names voted no on it thats sad how people who have nothing to do with our hobby can make laws to hurt it so
god bless america huh? yeah right!

I am not a lawyer or anything but what constitutes a "wild" animal? Would CB be considered a domesticated animal? And what the hell are the reasons for them banning wild animals to begin with?

I love dogs but I believe dogs kill more people nationally than wild animals do. Are they going to ban dogs too? Wolf hybrids?

The ban seems ridiculous to me. Is there anyone doing anything to fight or repeal it?

This is an email I just got back.

You are fine with boas. The only snakes included in the new bill are some of the larger pythons, and anacondas.
