my colombian rainbow is hanging out in his water bowl (time to up the humidity!). fine and dandy, except he's submerging his head as well (not like a dip in and out, but holding his head underwater). is this normal/ok?

My BRB will sit submerged for long periods of time. He will
sit with just the nostrils out of the water, and if he sees me
(or feels the vibrations of me walking to his cage), he
ducks his head completely under the water and sits like that
for a while. No worries!
