First off, can you sex young adults easily? I have a new colony of young leopard geckos(6) and dont know the sex of any. A few look stressed out so I'm going to separate them from the rest of the group. Other than that all the geckos are doing well and show no signs of aggresion towards eachother. If the geckos have been together since birth is it still bad to house them together?

Yes, you risk underage breeder and other aggressive behavior that you can't see. I would suggest seperating every one of them until you know the sex for sure.

if i remember right, you can start sexing around 6 months of age.
if they're older than that and are showing signs of aggression, i agree with Brian's response as well as the idea that there shouldn't be more than 1 male per cage because they can show signs of agression with each other and fight.
i also agree with Brian to separate them until you are positive on the sex of each leo.
