I was going to give it a shot, but the image isn't loading. I'm a mac user, so sometimes I run into compatibility issues because everything is built for IE, so I tried Shiira, Safari, and IE for mac, and it doesn't load in any of them.

It looks kind of like a milk snake phase or banded phase.
Not sure which.
Very nice looking snake, though.

That looks like an Eastern Milk Snake, Lampropeltis triangulum.
