Man can I thank you. I took the road you described today and had great success. There were still a lot of unpopulated areas and the hurricanes tore it up pretty bad. I found 2 priapus, 1 alive, 1 dor. I saw a blue stripe garter dor. I caught 2 ringnecks, a juvenile scarlet king, and best of all, the incredibly elusive striped crayfish snake. As a matter of fact, I dont know anyone else who has ever found a live one. I'll have pics up tomorrow. Thanks again.-Cole

Hey Cole.Congrads.Its good to hear that that habitat is still fairly in tact.Wait till You see what that road brings on warm spring nights.I stumbled across that road years ago.My parents took when We were visiting certain attractions down there, We were stopping the care every so often.Aterward,I revisited it Myself and wasnt let down.Did the S.King have the Yellow or the white band in the triad.I have only seen yellow there. The crayfish snake is a great find.Congrads and I look forward to the pics....Chip

It was the yellow kind. I prefer the white but I have only found them near my house when I wasn't looking. I absolutely love the regina. I will put pictures up in a little bit. I found the king peeling bark, not on the roads, but the roads look promising.-Cole
