I went to the reptile expo today....my first,in White Plains.It was PACKED!
I had a 9mo old veiled (Butters) for a week...I had to bring her back to the pet store, she had MBD (from what I read)... and wasn't healthy and wasn't eating 
But at the show, I bought a 4 mo old Veiled female (Clarice)
she is healthy and ate her dusted crickets right away 
I also bought a screened cage 30*30*18.It was half the price than they are in the stores! She seems happy, and I can't wait to watch her grow!!!! Did anyone else go?Buy anything?
I'm VERY VERY excited!!!

I was going to go but thought it would be a waste of time. What else did they have there in regards to chameleons? Any leaf chams, cool feeders like mantids or walking sticks? Thanks.

They didn't have many chams, only one guy had a variety, veiled, jacksons,panthers.... no leaf chams. They majority of the vendors had frogs and snakes, and lizards... no stick bugs
they had crickets, super worms,silkworms, frozen rats
Only that one vendor had some chams.... they were beutiful though

hi I went, I usually go to most of the white plains shows... and this one was horrible, not because of the animals but the location usually they have it in the larger show room and you are able breath... It was to packed for me. But I did get a blue tongue skink and a albino nelsoni milksnake. I still had a good time.
