Interesting article about the Chameleon trade....

Melisondra Nov 21, 2004 11:42 PM

I was searching on Ohiolink for some primary literature for a paper I have to write, and I searched "chameleons" for the fun of it and came up with this article about the Chameleon Trade, the beginings of it and lots of info. I found it pretty interesting and thought I would share it! Search towards the bottom of the page linked, the name of the article is "The dynamics of the global trade in chameleons" You can view as PDF or html.
It seems to be a fairly new article, so hope the othe science geeks (like me) enjoy it!

The link doesn't work. Can you provide the authors and the journal info for it so I can look at the Cornell Database for it?

(I tried the link again through my post, and the page that came up on my computer isnt the article itself, the article link is on there but towards the bottom of the page. Maybe the page shows on my comp though since I already went there? I dunno)

The authors are Angus I. Carpenter, J. Marcus Rowcliffe, Andrew R. Watkinson.
The name of the article is The dynamics of the global trade in chameleons.
Keywords: Reptile; Conservation; Wildlife trade; Governance; Chameleon

If you cant find it on Cornell try journals.ohiolink.edu and search it there if you get bored enough Hope this helped!
