EYE Problem!!!advice please?

im new at having snakes so little things worry me.
my snake finished shedding last week but there is still skin around his eye. what should i do?

Start by examining the shed and determine if the spectacle (eye caps) came off with the shed. I suspect-if there's a tag of shed skin attached to the eye-that at least one cap was retained.
This happens now and then to all of us but if you've never removed one, the process is a bit more than can be covered by email.
A herp friend who's done this before can remove it and show you how-it's not difficult. An exotic animal vet is a great source for instruction-watch him/her do it and you'll be ready for the next cap episode.
Next time the snake goes blue and is in that 3-5 day window pre-shed, help the bugger out with a 30 minute soak in room temp water and shed problems should be eliminated.
