BS, the island of Celebes(know known as Sula!) is home to the largest of retics, not dwarfs. Next thing to consider is their appearence, they look like mainlanders!! I honestly don't know why they took normal retics, put the previous name of a locality and put the word dwarf in front of it....
I'ld stay away imo.

I saw the ad too, and inquired. I have been shopping for dwarfs...but I'll wait until I can afford a Super Dwarf.
I was told they'd grow from 9'-13'...I decided to stay away from these.
I realize the super dwarf is the same...but I'm thinking this locality is closer to a normal retic.
