This looks to be Sauramalous Varius, a very rare Chuckwalla (Piebald CHuckwalla)which few are in the United States, indigenoius to specific islands in Baja California. They get 24 inches in length are a protected specie, and very few legal animals are sold in the U.S. which usually run around $500.00 to $700.00 apiece.
