Hypo Honduran

I just a bought a hatchling pair of hondurans that are 66% chance het for hypo. While I was holding them today, I noticed that the orange band on the nose of the snakes has patches of pigment missing. It kinda looks like the gray bands on the hypos except it's only a small section on the nose. Is this common?
