I was just wondering how you would ship out a lizard, would you ship it the same way you would a snake? Insulated Box, Heat Pack, put the lizard in a small pillow case or container, fill the rest up with newspaper?

Yep, you got it. That is how it works, you put the lizard in a container of the appropriate size, the heat pack under the container in an insulated box, surround the box with crumbled newspaper.
