You can soak it in warm water for 15-20 minutes then massage the belly. It can help it pass. Some people like to use mineral oil for constipated adults don't think that is a good idea in baby dragons though.

use a very minimal amount of mineral oil. like a small drop or two, but no more, this can help him pass whatever is impacting him, we used this for a baby impacted with wood chips and she did pass them. Also give her a warm soak, not hot, luke warm, and gently massage her belly like already suggested. However, your best course of action would be to see a vet, are you certian she is impacted?
