Tank sizing

How many Cresteds would i be able to put in a 40 gallon breeder tank.

I would try and find a center peice of glass and sepearte the tank into 2 sides. Each side would then be a 18X18X18 Cube. This size can work great for a pair, and would be barely be acceptable for a trio. That way you could keep a 2.4 group.

If you left the tank as one complete tank you would still end up limited to just one male and 1-3 females.
