Ok this is just cause i'm really really mad at a local pet store.

I'm sure you all hate hearing about this but i raelly need to get it off my chest.

I'm going to report these people to the police i swear to god.

I was in the pet store the other day picking up some dog food and was checking out the lizards.

they have new baby bearded dragons for sale and its really disgusting. the dragons are less than 4 inches long. I had my suspisions so i asked... they've had the dragons for a week and received them LESS THAN TWO FREAKIN DAYS AFTER THEY WERE HATCHED.

UNBELIEVEABLE, I KNOW to make matters worse, they wer out of crickets and the ones that were in the tank were full grown crix.

this is from the same pet store that a few weeks ago had MOLD growing on the food for their Green iggs.

i'm goign to the SPCA and never ever going in there again. they just give me too much anger and stress

that sucks! u should report them to have those unhealthy living conditions for reptiles controlled. that's why i purchased mine straight from the breeder instead of the pet stores around here - because when i went around looking - all the beardies were just in bad conditions @ the pet store.

there were 8 baby beardies in a 5 gallon tank with no light above the cage. not only that, but they were all dyed bright blue from the sand mixing with the water bowl. there was no food and they were all piled on top of each other looking up 2 get some light... but there was just the dark roof on top coz of the stand that they were on. i almost did a "rescue" buy, but i decided to just get a healthy one and wouldn't support the pet stores doing those things.
