i think warm water is good.
run warm water on it till it thaws
not sure with monitors but one time i headed up a rat for my green tree under a light and the guts popped out when it constricted.(not a pretty sight)
not a pretty sight. ever since then i have been using warm water.
If I have time to spare, I will just let them sit out until they thw. Other than that, I place them into a ziplock bag and then float the bag in warm water.

u mean like 80 degrees or like boiling water ? and let it sit till the mouse is like 80-90 degrees
if you boil the water thats what will happen.
You just want them thawed out not cooked. I simply turn the hot water on in my sink then fill the buckets with water. Then i let them sit until they are thawed.
I fill the buckets with warm water until they thaw.

i leave mine out in the morning when i leave for work, by the time i get home they are room temp and good to go, on the weekends i do that or put them in a sink filled with hot water if time is short.
