Guys I need help here fast...Anna is dying....slowly and painfully

dmlove Nov 23, 2004 05:26 PM

Anna is dying. She has been on her way down since yesterday morning. I asked the vet and she said there is nothing that can be done to this point, she has done everything, and that Anna is most probably going to die. I am lost. She is suffering trmendously. She is twitching, her eyes closed, and going neurotic. She is trying to bite her own leg and she is in severe pain. Please, i know this may sound wrong, but i wish to put her to sleep. I simply cannot watch her go down like this, it is too painful for me and for her. Does anyone know a way i can put her down without the vet? It must be HUMANE and quick...i know this sounds really morbid, but i am at a loss. I wish I could end her suffering, so she can go peacefully, yet i simply cannot afford the $150.00 they want to put her down. Ive dished out over $1000.00 at this point, and my reptile savings is low. I need to feed everyone else, and bring them all in for checkups etc. I Feel like Im asking a terrible thing...but please...

Thanks
