Pictures of orange thayeri

Tom Anderson Nov 23, 2004 09:21 PM

I snapped a few pictures while doing some rearranging for the winter...
I only recently got into thayeri... about three years ago.

This was my first: an '02 male from Dan Vermilya.

Tom,
Very nice picture of a beautiful thayeri.
Here is one of my VR strain thayeri pairs.
I like the orange as well.

Nice John! They are kind of similar to my Vermilya male breeder. Did you get any babies from that pairing. I would love to see some pictures of those!!! I want to see what I have to look forward to! What was the milksnake to leonis ratio?

Thanks for sharing.

Actually, Tom
I just acquired this breeding pair and will find out next year what they can produce. I do have some other Vivid Reptile stock that I got from Kim's kolubrids a few years back before she went out of business.

Here is one of my favorite offspring from one of those pairs.

Nice animals Tom. I got into thayeri about the same time, and will be ready to breed next season. I have a pair of '02s from Dan Vermilya that should be ready to go, producing mainly white offspring.

Great looking snake. I love those hollow centers. From what I understand, Dan got out of breeding the orange ones, and is now focusing on white. I have a couple yellow/cream females. I will try and get some pictures soon.

The white would look cool in a reduced black animal. I don't think I have seen any high white/low blacks...
