I bought repto-cal for my 4 mo old cham... it has calcium and d3
it says to dust crickets 1 or 2 times a week.... is that a good enough calcium supplement for her? should i dust them with this everyday?

Remember, most herp supplements are not specific for chams. Up until 6 months while the cham is growing fastest I would dust lightly each day. After 6 months every 2-3 days. For an adult that has stopped fast growth about once a week. Remember vitamin dusting too. Once a week at first, then back off to once a month. Don't rely on dusting for nutrition. Gutload your feeders really well with fresh fruit, dark leafy greens, fortified cereal grains, a small bit of fish food and bee pollen, and the dusts will help fill in any "gaps".
