The smallest species of cham are called dwarf or pygmy leaf chams. They are understory or ground dwelling species that only get 2 inches or so. They tend to be various shades of brown, tan and green. Not brightly colored. They are hardly ever captive bred, and are pretty difficult to treat for parasites or illnesses. They'll need lots of very small prey like springtails, fruitflies, pinhead crix. They also tend to live a very short life. The genus to look for include Bradypodion, Rhampholeon, and Brookesia. You won't find many. Here is a website that can tell you more about different species.
