i bought a female ball and they said it was a female but she has two little things out of the side but no red things like my male and she has big spurs.
so is this really a female???????

A snake's gender can not be made visually.......some people swear they can properly identify the sex of a snake by spurs, length of tail, etc........but the only positive way is to have your ball probed or popped.
If you don't know how to do one of these.....take the ball to a qualified vet/local breeder and have them do it for you.

It is probably a female. When popping them, you will see scent glands on a female, but they will not be anywhere near the size of the male hemipenes. Size of spurs means nothing with Balls (alot of my females spurs are as large as the males).
