Hello,
im new to this forum and new to cresteds. I mostly keep rat snakes but, i was looking around the past few days on the diffrent forums and saw these guys and thought they were awsome looking so im doing some reasearch and building a set of cages in hopes of getting a pair in the future.
this is what i was thinking cage wise. i read that they should be kept at 1w x 1d x 2h. but i was wondering if i put a ten gallon on its side or it would be 20"t x 12"d x 10"w and secured it in a wood box. basicly the ten gallon would act as a kind of shell and would allow for better humidy and the wood around it would make it look nice. If the size of the ten gallon would only allow for a single crested i could just make seperate cages.
what do you think? any thoughts or suggestions?
thanx
