Anybody keep this type of gecko? They are known to be difficult to acclimate so I'm not sure how many people actual keep these geckos. Please let me know if you do and if you know of any sources to obtain them.
Thanks very much,
Adam

Hi,
H. africanus not being really difficult, the real problem they are internal parasite, that in geckos very small and stressed they carry to the dead within little time.
A fast cure, it can being the solution for part of problem.
Like cure for stress, the setup of terrarium it is aseptic, with paper like substrate and vary shelters.
The diurnal temperature is 30°/32°C and low humidity, every evening one sprayed of water for to elevte the rate of nocturnal humidity.
Good luck
