My young male boa hasn't gone to the bathroom in quite some time, maybe 2 months or so. I've up'd his humidity and stopped feeding, I also noticed he is going into a shed but that doesn't really explain why he hasn't gone a month ago.

What kind of substrate are you using? If it is a small type of substrate like gravel or cypress bark the snake may have an impaction. If this is the case getting the snake to a vet is extremely important.
He is pretty small yet and I have him on cypress mulch wich is large peices of bark...too big to him to even fit it his mouth. But then again I don't know....?
Try giving the snake a nice warm bath. This can usually get them to defecate. If this does not work I think a trip to the vet is in order. The money spent is nothing compared to the life of the snake
