I noticed my jackson had a small white bubble and the upper part of his eye. I thought nothing of it, but now I see 3! Also he squints that eye often and sometimes even closes that eye. WHAT DO I DO?!

Forgot something: Also he is eating and drinking very well, and appears to be ok. Except for the eye problem. Is he shedding? Or perhaps it is the ants in the cage biting him? Is it ok to have a few ants?
I think you really need to get those ants out of there. not sure what your setup is but there have been threads on here about how to keep them out (raise up cage and put vaseline on the legs for one).
Where are they from? What kind are they (carpenter, red, fire, etc.) Ants will eat almost anything - including your cham. The softer the tissue (eye, nose and mouth area) the easier.
As for a shed you would see him shedding elsewhere. Does he spend anytime under a dripper? This could soften the area and he may try to rub it on a branch. Keep a close watch on it and you may need a vet. Can you post a closeup picture? That would be quite helpful.

They are red ants, but I dont think they are bites seeing how it is on one eye only. He is not shedding elsewhere, atleast I do not see anything white. He spends much of his time under the basking light very dark and curled to a branch. He is not that active, but I just got him 3 days ago so perhaps he is getting use to his new home. His eye seems to pulsate inward, but he hasn't done this in the past few hours. Could it be lack of vitamin A? I wish I could provide a picture but I can't. And I'll try to keep that ants away.
1)Take him to the vet ASAP
2)Get rid of the ants

On the cham forum main page there is a link to the chma gallery. upload it theres and then you can include it directly in post by selecting it by name from the pulldown menu which is at the bottom of posting page. Hope that helps!
