Hi,
I do not know how large your savanna monitor is, but you can offer them boiled chicken sure, but also try live insects like crickets, cockroaches, grasshoppers, mealworms, superworms, grubs. You can try cooked and "fresh" raw eggs. Is his/her heat sufficient? Plenty of fresh water? Proper hide spots? Do you pick it up and hold it for hours? All of these afore-mentioned things add 'stress' to the animal, and they may go off-feed via the stress, so Please consider those things too.
Good Luck,
mbayless
er
yes you can, and i recomend ground turkey meat , that can be used as a staple for a diet along with crikets or another type of insects.
A monitor living on unsupplemented turkey mince and crickets as its staple diet will not live a long, healthy life
