Any vet can probe them, usually around $50. That's the best way to find out. If you want to avoid that cost, there is a way to apply pressure around the cloaca area to see if the hemipenes come out (if they do it's obviously a boy, if they don't it's most likely a girl). But that can be dangerous to the snake if you don't know exactly what you're doing. Another good way to find out if they're male or female is introduce them into the same enclosure (if you haven't already) in the spring and see if they breed.
And of course one of the best ways to sex a snake is to take it out to dinner. Pick a nice restaurant. Doesn't have to be overly expensive, but nice. You know the kind of place I'm talking about. Buy your snake several drinks over the course of the meal. Just before dessert arrives your snake will announce that after so many drinks it must excuse itself to use the restroom. Just keep an eye on it once it gets up to see if it goes to the MENS ROOM or the LADIES ROOM. And there's your answer!
Sorry, no one laughs when I tell that joke in person either.
