Hi,

My knights have ate earthworms and night-crawlers. Along with pinkies and other small vertebrates (i.e. lizards), they can be an addition to a varied insect menu. Also try grapes, tomatoes, baby food, and I've read accounts of chicken and horse meat! ewww! Variety is the key. If it comes from a safe place (no pesticides) and is the appropriate size, I say give it a try. It's been my experience that Knights can be somewhat fussy eaters at times. Good luck finding a healthy, staple diet for yours.

Earth worms are way to big for anoles. Thats something you would try giving to a moutain horned dragon. Just try 1/2 inch silk worms for your adults, If you want to give it worms.

P.S.- If you start feeding silks or anything else, stop with meal-worms. There nutrition is a joke.

The earth worm rule goes for the green and brown anoles. Knights I don't know about.
