Burrowable substrate........

What kind of non humidity raising particle substrate would you recomend for ball pythons?

Im thinking about carefresh and aspen...any other options?

I've used dirt, it's cheap.
i've also built a termite mound and ran the air vents in the top to a few computer fans, and the mix of hardpack clay dirt and pebble keeps the heat but the actual burrows are coated with fiberglass so i can clean them. even planted grass and let the balls do the mowing...LOL.
