It looks like a plain old Hemidactylus turcicus to me:

Thanks. This gecko was a sto away in a shipment, I also have another who is a luggage sto away and is quite similar. What humidity and temp would you or anyone suggest.
What humidity and temp would you or anyone suggest.
I think I maintained my temporary houseguests at 75-85 F, and ambient humidity in my house (I think 40-60%), with misting to provide water.
