Beardie trying to vomit

jasonjohnpau Nov 26, 2004 02:54 PM

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to see if you could help diagnose my beardies problem. I received him from my sister who has been taking care of him. Since I received him yesterday he has not been eating, is fairly skinny and today noticed him trying to vomit.

Do I need to go to a vet?

thanks for the help!

All I could think of, and read up on in my new "Bearded dragon manual is your dragon is possibly depressed, and homesick. I did not find anything on vomiting, but I would take him to the hospital pretty quickly. It is important you find a good vet which, in most cases will cost you about $50 just to see your dragon. That doesn't count medicines or anything. Good luck.

Hi
most of the time if its to cold then a dragon cant digest his meal wel.
then he can vomit.
the baskingspot need to be 110 and round the 80 on the cool side.
2 houres before light go out you not need to give prey items then they have not time to digest and can vormit to.
you have uvb light on him and use vitamins and calsium?
read the links on my website they have lots of info.
